Why train at Chesham Moor?

Having always been involved in fitness, I have experienced a variety of gyms, both working with my customers and also my own training.
Chesham Moor gym is where I have based JJP Training for 15 years now, and for good reason. It feels like home. There is no attitude or ego or intimidation. Everybody is made to feel welcome, and even more so if they are new to fitness. The staff work as a team and the members feel a part of the community here, so there is a sense of belonging, it is not just a gym.
Personal Training at Chesham Moor, brings you away from the stresses of life, to escape for a while, and to spend some time on yourself.
Each session is tailored to your needs, and within your capability. We will use exercises you’d probably never imagined you could do, and check your technique on the exercises you have done before to maximise the effectiveness of each and every rep. And there will be reasons behind which exercises we work with and a long term structure to your workout routine. We have a variety of trainers with different areas of expertise, so you can work with the best trainer for you.
If outdoor group exercise is more your thing, I also run an outdoor group circuit class on Saturday mornings.
